The thing about our soul’s contract is that we agree to life lessons in order to grow and evolve to higher frequencies. Then we are born and forget what is in our contract. If we agree to a lesson, we also agree to keep getting the lesson with increasing intensity until we learn it. So, if betrayal or any other circumstance is repeating in your life, it’s probably in your soul’s contract as a lesson to learn in this lifetime.
Don’t “get lost” as a victim to - I need to know what my soul’s contract or purpose is. I can’t move forward until I figure it out. That’s simply a “diversion technique” by the left-brain to stay a powerless victim! Victims stay victims because it’s easy or they are lacking knowledge of how to change. Victims become creators through change! Do different! Just walk through the fear of change. It’s simple enough to figure out a contract lesson by looking at life events that keep coming back to you over and over just dressed up a different way. They are also called “triggers”. Become aware of your breath, you will be out of coherence.
Awareness of the provided lesson is always the first step. To return to “coherence” we must “Feel it, Heal it, Release it!”…as I share in “Red Wine & Cigarettes” my fun self-help book. Release from your energy field is crucial to your frequency and health. Integration into our life follows so we have coherence again. Coherence is determined by your breath.
For example, to integrate betrayal means to open back up to the flow of trusting even knowing the raw pain it could cause if betrayal happened again. Integration means being brave and taking that chance. When you can open again to receive love with trust you won’t be destroyed, you are gaining the wisdom of the integration of the lesson of betrayal. You are still here! You have survived every betrayal ever! Agreed! It wasn’t easy! That’s the work of creators.
Remember the betrayals were caused by another who was still trapped in the fear of trusting – who believed they needed to protect their own heart by staying closed to receiving love. It was all about them. Understand their actions for what they were: survival, supposed protection of their own heart, not truth, and especially not truth about you.
Once you have integrated the wisdom of the lesson of betrayal and found unconditional love again, you have found your way home. We are seeking unconditional love because it is home for all of us!
